Deep Clean

$100 deposit required upon booking

Majority of the time we require all new clients to begin with an initial deep clean unless we determine that is not necessary during the walk through. This will set us up for maintenance cleaning on a recurring basis. This will include a very thorough, detailed cleaning, including baseboards.  This service does not include the oven or refrigerator, but can be added on for an additional fee.

KITCHEN/DINING ROOM  

·  Stovetop  

·  Wipe down backsplash   

·  Inside and out of microwave

·  Outside of appliances

·  Clean kitchen counters

·  Clean kitchen sink

·  Outside of cabinets/drawers

·  Dust light fixtures  

·  Hand wipe baseboards

·  Dust blinds- small or broken blinds are at discretion

·  Dust vents

·  Wipe down table/chairs

·  Vacuum/mop floors

·  Empty trash

BATHROOMS

·  Clean tub/shower/shower glass

·  Clean sinks

·  Clean/sanitize toilet

·  Clean vanity

·  Shine faucets

·  Dust light fixtures

·  Hand wipe baseboards

·  Vacuum/mop floors

·  Wipe mirrors

·  Empty trash

BEDROOMS

·  Dust blinds- small or broken blinds are at discretion

·  Dust vents

·  Dust dressers/nightstands

·  Dust light fixtures/lamps

·  Dust ceiling fan

·  Hand wipe baseboards

·  Vacuum/mop floors

·  Make bed- can change sheets for an additional fee

·  Dust knickknacks/ pictures 

·  Dust TV stand

·  Dust TV- dusted with dry cloth only- no chemicals will be used on screens of any sort

LIVING ROOM/OFFICE

·  Dust blinds- small or broken blinds are at discretion

·  Dust vents

·  Dust light fixtures/lamps

·  Wipe down sofas (leather) / vacuum sofas (cloth)

·  Dust tv/ tv stand/ tables – tv is dusted with dry cloth only

·  Dust knickknacks/pictures

·  Hand wipe baseboards

·  Dust desk- if client is not using it

·  Vacuum/mop floors

·  Sliding door glass if applicable 

LAUNDRY ROOM (IF INSIDE HOME)

·  Wipe down top of washer/dryer

·  Vacuum/mop floors
