I. The Parties:
This agreement is between Aqua Clean Cleaning Services LLC and the client. The terms of this agreement shall commence on first day of service and terminate at will. We ask that you kindly give us a 2 week notice if possible.
II. Payment:
Payment is due upon completion. If your scheduled cleaning service is done on Monday, payment is to be received no later than the end of business day on Monday. If payment is still not received within 24 hours after completion, a $25 per day late fee will be added and we have the right to decline services until payment is received in full.
Aqua Clean Cleaning Services LLC currently takes the following payment methods:

☐ Cash - needs to be left on table or given to at end of service / if owner isn’t completing the services, you must send via Zelle or Venmo
III. Cancellations/ lock outs
Aqua Clean Cleaning Services LLC asks if you need to postpone or reschedule for any reason that you do so as far in advance as possible. This allows us to fill your slot and also allows us to potentially move stuff around to ensure we can still service your home within a timely manner. *Please note that cancellations are not promised to be squeezed in even if given notice, but we will do our best. We do stay fairly booked year-round being a small business and it is extremely important to keep your scheduled clean on your day of the week.
Cancellations within 48 hours of service will have a $50 “cancel charge” until we can service your home again.
We understand life happens and can make exceptions for occasional emergencies; however, it is under our discretion if it is last minute or an ongoing issue. If you have a planned vacation or know in advance that you cannot have us service your home on a certain date, please let us know as far in advance as possible so that we can take you off our schedule for that week.
Cancellations within 24 hours of service will have a $100 “cancel charge” until we can service your home again. Same rules apply here. Exceptions will be made for emergencies. We don’t expect you to want us to clean if you’re home sick and we also cannot take the risk of getting sick so again we are understanding of emergency factors that may cause last minute cancellations.
If we arrive at your home and cannot get in to service it, we will wait 15 minutes for instructions to enter or for you to let us in by text/phone. After that the “within 24 hour” cancellation fee ($100) will be added and we will have to move on to our next job. We can enter the home with a lock box or key if you’re comfortable with that.
Please keep in mind that your quote is set based on frequency and many other variables. If for some reason too much time goes in between our services, you may be required to pay an additional fee to get your home back to maintenance standards. Ie: if you are a monthly client you are expected to have services every 4 weeks. Bi- weekly clients are expected to have services every 2 weeks etc.
We do our best not to reschedule, but for the occasional times that we need to reschedule it will be communicated in advance unless it is out of our control, ie: sickness, emergency. No fees will ever be added in this case.
IV. Permission for social media content
Aqua Clean Cleaning Services LLC has an active Facebook, Instagram, Google account, and Tik Tok. In order to show potential clients our hard work, we’d like to ask your permission to share before and after photos/videos. None of these will show your home address, name, or any personal family items that may be sensitive. This is strictly just for social media. All posts are anonymous.
If you are not comfortable with this, please disclose that decision to us directly, otherwise you are giving permission when reading this.
V. Teamwork and communication
We are a small business and have a team that works very well together. With this being said, please note that as we will try to keep the same team member(s) in your home each service, but as business grows there may be a time where we will need to accommodate our schedule to make things work more effectively while also making sure we are providing you with the best possible service. Communication on both ends is key to success.
VI. Satisfaction guarantee/ refund policy
Aqua Clean Cleaning Services LLC takes pride in their work and wants to provide every client with 100% satisfaction. We strive not to miss any areas of your home while we clean, but we are human and if for some reason an area is not 100% up to your standards, we ask that you reach out within 24 hours with pictures so we can schedule a time to come back and complimentary touch up that area. If you are home during your cleaning service time, it is highly recommended to do a quick walk-through before we head out to make sure it is up to your expectations. No refunds will be given for any service.
VII. Pricing increase
Aqua Clean Cleaning Services LLC takes the utmost pride in their work and strives daily to be the best cleaning business we can be. We take a lot of consideration when quoting clients and each client is given their quote based on lots of different variables. With that being said, we are truly appreciative of each and every one of you, and just like we are requesting a heads up for cancellations or termination of services, we will give advance notice if ever there is a price increase in the future. When structuring our quotes we have to take into consideration inflation, product costs, and staying competitive in the market.
VIII. Termination of services
Aqua Clean Cleaning Services LLC has the right to terminate services with any client for any purpose. Sometimes personalities or expectations are not a good fit and if we feel this is something that isn’t working out on a professional level, we have the right to terminate services going forward with no advance notice. We will do our best to be transparent with what is expected on both ends to ensure this is never a problem.
IX. Things to know/do prior to your service
Aqua Clean Cleaning Services LLC is a professional cleaning company not a maid service. It is very helpful to have things out of our way when we arrive. Examples: dishes free from sink, toys off the floor, rooms free from clutter, clothes, shoes, etc, laying around. We are professional cleaners; however, we do not know where to put everything so the less we have to move to complete the job, the better service we can provide you. We DO NOT do dishes or laundry for residential clients. In order to properly clean the sink we request that the area be empty of dishes or we will not be able to service this area. If your service includes changing linens, the bed(s) need to be stripped, including all pillows prior to our arrival. Please ensure that all plumbing has been maintained properly. When toilets, drains, and faucets are not working correctly, it prevents us from servicing those areas. Please ensure adequate lighting and temperature are available during your service time. We are happy to service your home while you are out of town, we just ask that you allow us to lower you’re a/c to a comfortable temperature and we will set it back when we are finished.
X. Pet Policy
Aqua Clean Cleaning Services LLC loves your furry friends! They do not need to be caged or put in a separate room while we clean, however while we are mopping it is helpful that they don’t walk on the slippery, wet floors as we will not re-mop them if they do. We understand that accidents happen, however we will not clean up pet waste due to it being considered a biohazard. If you are home, we ask that you please take care of it so we can clean and sanitize the area. We do not scoop cat litter or clean any pet cages/aquariums.

XI. Cleaning Supplies
We bring our own cleaning supplies. The only thing we ask you to have on hand are trash bags so we can take it out and change the bag for you. We use regular chemicals, vinegar, sometimes bleach, and other common household products. We are not “green” cleaners; however, we try to use the least amount of harsh chemicals that we can. If there is something you would like for us to use, or prefer we use only “green” cleaning supplies you will be asked to provide that and have it out and ready for us. Our vacuums are used in other homes but sanitized regularly.
