Routine Clean

This service follows the initial deep clean and can be weekly, bi weekly, or monthly. This service includes a basic clean of all surfaces, kitchen, bathrooms, and floors. This service includes making of all beds but does not include changing sheets. Sheets can be swapped out at your request and will be included in your estimate. Additional items may be added on at any time for an additional small fee. 

KITCHEN/DINING ROOM

·  Stovetop

·  Wipe down backsplash

·  Inside and out of microwave

·  Outside of appliances

·  Clean kitchen counters

·  Clean kitchen sink

·  Spot clean outside of cabinets/drawers

·  Dust light fixtures

·  Dust blinds- small or broken blinds are at discretion

·  Dust vents

·  Wipe down table/chairs

·  Vacuum/mop floors

·  Empty trash

BATHROOMS

·  Clean tub/shower

·  Clean sinks

·  Clean/sanitize toilet

·  Clean vanity

·  Shine faucets

·  Dust light fixtures

·  Vacuum/mop floors

·  Wipe mirrors

·  Empty trash

BEDROOMS

·  Dust blinds- small or broken blinds are at discretion

·  Dust vents

·  Dust dressers/nightstands

·  Dust light fixtures/lamps

·  Dust ceiling fan

·  Vacuum/mop floors

·  Make bed- can change sheets as add on

·  Dust knickknacks/ pictures 

·  Dust tv/ tv stand

LIVING ROOM/OFFICE

·  Dust blinds- small or broken blinds are at discretion

·  Wipe down/ vacuum sofas

·  Dust tv/ tv stand/ tables

LAUNDRY ROOM (IF INSIDE HOME)
